Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and algorithms for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum error correction protocols
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Create quantum security protocols for blockchain and encryption systems
- Pioneer quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum summits and IEEE conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum simulation frameworks
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming toolkits
- Published research in Nature/Science or peer-reviewed quantum journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in cryptography and computational complexity theory
