Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum computing frameworks
- Lead security protocols against quantum decryption threats
- Optimize qubit coherence for real-time processing
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Present breakthrough architectures to venture capital partners
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or related fields
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in Nature or IEEE quantum journals
- Expertise in topological qubit design and cryogenic systems
- Experience with quantum-resistant encryption standards (NIST PQC)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical teams
