Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, software engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Create architectural blueprints for hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate quantum capabilities into client solutions
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Track record of publishing high-impact research or delivering commercial quantum solutions
