Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 commercial applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical system integrations
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with research teams on quantum algorithm optimization
- Document technical specifications and roadmap for quantum infrastructure
- Present architecture proposals to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or high-performance systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Cirq)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
