Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Design quantum-safe security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical and aerospace applications
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy validation projects
- Translate theoretical quantum mechanics into practical engineering solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum coherence
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization and noise mitigation
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum computing research grants
