Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise integration
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography implementation
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation and photonic quantum systems
