Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected qubit systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization challenges
- Lead quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Drive open-source quantum computing SDK development
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Proven track record of leading technical R&D initiatives
