Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using topological qubits

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers

- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical hardware implementations
- Secure $50M+ in research funding through DARPA and NSF proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing hardware or algorithm design
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects to completion
