Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for 2026-era hardware capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with AI teams to create quantum machine learning pipelines
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant standards)
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical audiences
