Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging qubit coherence optimization and error correction methodologies
- Design hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant architectures
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum cryptographic threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic systems and control electronics
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into practical implementations for commercial clients
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (NIST Post-Quantum Standardization)
