Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously intractable problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Drive research in quantum error correction and topological qubit stabilization
- Partner with industry leaders to deploy quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and AI
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or topological systems
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Experience leading high-performance computing projects with $10M+ budgets
- Strong background in machine learning and classical HPC architectures
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
