Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 99.9% qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Optimize quantum circuits for emerging NISQ processors
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
