Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm design for cryptography and machine learning optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration
- Design quantum-resistant security solutions for 2026-era threats
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with industry 4.0 standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages
- Experience with quantum error mitigation and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
