Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit optimization and error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Create roadmaps for quantum system deployment and scaling
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Author technical documentation and patents for quantum innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of deploying quantum algorithms at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts to stakeholders
