Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid solutions
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and AI
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create technical documentation and quantum system architecture blueprints
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum standards and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped ions)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
