Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants for quantum innovation initiatives
- Present breakthrough research at global quantum summits (IEEE, APS)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design tools
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects in corporate or lab settings
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE)
