Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits with error correction protocols for 2026 deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit stability
- Translate quantum research into patentable commercial solutions
- Mentor quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and qubit stabilization techniques
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with hardware-software co-design
