Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum circuit architectures for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputers
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum algorithms in cryptography and machine learning
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms with practical applications
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering solutions
