Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit design and coherence strategies
- Create quantum security frameworks for 2026-era threats
- Translate quantum advantage into measurable business impact

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
