Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity for quantum algorithms
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems for enterprise solutions
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Define quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography applications
- Collaborate with materials scientists to optimize qubit coherence times
- Drive quantum software stack development for algorithm optimization
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record architecting complex distributed computing systems
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
