Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with fault-tolerance exceeding 99.999% qubit stability
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives for 2026 deployment targets
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to future cryptographic threats
- Drive quantum advantage benchmarks in pharmaceutical simulation and materials science
- Mentor quantum engineering talent through our proprietary Q-LEAD program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of delivering quantum computing prototypes with measurable quantum advantage
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and cryogenic system integration
- Experience leading quantum projects with budgets exceeding $2M
