- Lead quantum algorithm research focusing on cryptographic security and material science simulations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and error mitigation strategies
- Create quantum software development kits (SDKs) for enterprise integration
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
