Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for real-world problem-solving in logistics, cryptography, and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection frameworks
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic systems)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in building quantum circuits or quantum machine learning models
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical optimization tools
- Experience securing venture funding for quantum technology initiatives
