Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Conduct quantum supremacy experiments and benchmark performance metrics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum software development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction techniques
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Experience with superconducting, trapped-ion, or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
