Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for complex problem-solving
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms to optimize computational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum solutions with classical systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies for commercial viability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability and error correction
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-generation data protection
- Present breakthrough findings to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum software engineering
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and linear algebra
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
