Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures leveraging qubit topologies and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical software frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and optimization techniques
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to validate software-hardware integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms: Shor's, Grover's, VQE, and quantum simulation techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubit design
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
