Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype quantum processors with >1000 qubits
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance and healthcare sectors
- Pioneer error correction techniques for practical quantum advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting and ion-trap quantum platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into practical applications
