Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for commercial and scientific applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise deployment
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and optimization solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance metrics
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing integration into existing infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of implementing quantum computing solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals preferred
