Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and AI specialists to develop quantum machine learning frameworks
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with academic partners on cutting-edge quantum research initiatives
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into deployable enterprise solutions
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
