Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms achieving 1000x speedup over classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Develop error correction models supporting >1000 logical qubit systems
- Present quantum advantage roadmaps to Fortune 500 CTOs and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Proven track record of building quantum compilers or simulators
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
