Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures supporting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to post-quantum threats
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum advantage applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-machine learning interfaces
- Document architectural blueprints and quantum-computing standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to publish in Nature/Science journals
- Experience securing DoD or Fortune 100 quantum projects
