Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise and research applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm design and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-generation data protection
- Drive innovation through patent development and academic publications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
