Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise clients
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors operating at 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers on quantum algorithm development
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-world applications in cryptography and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software and physical qubit systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, Rigetti) or superconducting qubits
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance architectures
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM Q Network)
- Track record of delivering quantum solutions in production environments
