Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and protocols
- Collaborate with research institutions to integrate emerging quantum technologies
- Develop quantum error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum hardware-software integration
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of quantum circuits
- Present quantum computing strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance principles
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
