Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead integration of quantum systems with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming best practices
- Drive innovation in quantum error correction and coherence techniques
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum machine learning frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in fault-tolerant quantum architecture implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
