Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise applications
- Design error-correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and implementation
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, ion trap)
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026-era infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI teams to create hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research or patents
- Experience with quantum hardware integration and cryogenic system management
- Strong background in error correction codes and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
