Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation tools
- Strong background in machine learning and AI integration
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects
- Active QKD or quantum network implementation experience
