Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems for enterprise clients
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish industry best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in cryptography and information security principles
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex theoretical and practical challenges
