Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead security protocols for post-quantum encryption standards
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Establish benchmarks for quantum advantage in real-world scenarios
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computational principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and fault-tolerant computing
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
