Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits targeting fault-tolerant systems by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Create quantum algorithms optimized for real-world industrial applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum hardware capabilities
- Drive patent strategy for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
