Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for 50+ qubit systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Author technical whitepapers on quantum advantage in machine learning
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Partner with industry leaders on quantum cloud service standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
