Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize real-world business processes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization techniques
- Create quantum security protocols to protect next-generation data infrastructures
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate quantum capabilities into commercial solutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation strategies
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
