Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Collaborate with research institutions to bridge theoretical quantum physics with engineering solutions
- Develop quantum error mitigation strategies for industrial-scale deployment
- Define technical specifications for quantum hardware-software integration
- Create roadmap for quantum computing adoption across key industries by 2026
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with 10+ years experience)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and QIS frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
