Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors
- Create quantum security protocols for blockchain and financial systems
- Publish research in quantum error correction and topology
- Mentor junior researchers and lead technical workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (Azure Quantum, IBM Q)
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity
- Track record of leading technical initiatives from concept to deployment
