Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into practical applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Contribute to quantum hardware-software integration specifications
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging field best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum discipline
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or advanced algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
