Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing frameworks for commercial applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit connectivity and coherence times
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Create roadmaps for quantum-cloud hybrid infrastructure deployment
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated commercial applications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
