Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-grade applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop patentable quantum algorithms for industry-specific optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing leadership
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Transactions
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid systems
- Ability to secure research funding through grant writing and industry partnerships
