Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected qubit systems targeting 1,000+ qubit coherence
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Lead cross-functional R&D in quantum materials and cryogenic engineering
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum algorithm optimization
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum coherence techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or quantum circuit simulation tools
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum technology grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum materials (topological insulators, Josephson junctions)
