Responsibilities
- Design and architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware/software integration
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Drive research on topological qubits and quantum supremacy applications
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum machine learning frameworks
- Architect secure quantum communication networks
- Document quantum system architectures for industry standardization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
