Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with error correction protocols for 2026 deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for cryptography optimization and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Establish quantum security frameworks for financial and healthcare systems
- Drive quantum cloud platform integration with AWS/Azure quantum services
- Author patents and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing hardware or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing publications
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
